The ";" separated ASCII-text contains for each defined type the following fields

abbr;Label
e.g.
A;Agenda

abbr	abbreviation of the label (e.g. A). This abbreviation corresponds with the document-type ("X") of the document reference system
label	used explaining the type (e.g. Agenda)

All ";" are required as separators
No field may contain ";" as character
The last line must be terminated with a carriage return/line feed
If this file is changed, the document reference system should be changed accordingly.
